Default New vette guy (suspension question)

Hey all! I just bought my first C6 in October 2016 and am loving it more and more each day. I didn't planned on it being my daily, but so far it has been. Anyway, it's a 2009 base 1LT model with 33K miles on it. Previous owner (2nd owner) had it for only 8 months and kept it in mint condition (he's upgrading to a C7 GS). According to the Carfax, he put on about 4K miles, but upgraded it with C7 19/20 wheels, new Michelin Pilot SS, Bilstein shocks, Vararaam CAI, and some hack job custom exhaust (new mufflers and tips). Anyhow, just curious if these were the stock (white) spindles or aftermarket ones (see photo). Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
