Top 50 Dealerships in Corvette Sales for 2016
From corvetteblogger.com
Read the whole report and see the entire list here:
http://www.corvetteblogger.com/2017/...-dealers-2016/
The list of top 10 dealers remains the same as the top 10 dealers from 2015, but the order has reshuffled slightly. Our friends at Kerbeck Corvette are once again the world’s largest Corvette dealer with 1,044 Corvette sold during 2016. MacMulkin and Les Stanford keep their spots at No.2 and No.3 and Mike Furman at Criswell Chevrolet single-handedly sold over 300 Corvettes to stay in fourth position. Bomnin Chevrolet in Miami moved up from ninth to fifth and was the only dealership in the Top 10 that sold more Corvettes in 2016 than in 2015.

Thanks for the link.
I was comparing the 2016 top 50 list to the 2015 top 100 list and the 2014 top 50 list.
In 2014 my local dealer was #32 with 105 sold. In 2015 they had dropped to #40 at 87 sold. In 2016, they are not even on the top 50 list, meaning that they sold fewer than 67 Corvettes in 2016. That is a 36%+ drop in sales in two years for my local dealer.

Only one in Ohio (#8) which is surprising given the number on the road.

Also, most of the customers at those two dealers are not locals, thus their customers do not have those two dealers service their cars.

Sales vs production is at odds. There were 40,689, 2016 Corvettes produced. This is the largest of the three production model years. The number of Corvettes distributed to the US for MY 2016 was 34,678. The remainder were destined for other countries.
However, US sales are obviously down. I guess this accounts for a large inventory in the US. Interesting that GM increased production while sales were declining. Wonder who was watching the store?

Looks like Kerbeck and MacMulkin are down a bit from '15? Can't find the numbers, but I thought Kerbeck was a little over 1200ish and MacMulkin was a little over 900.

My dealer has a 100% satisfactory rating. They sold 1 vette and I'm happy.
