Default My new wheel arrived today and it's a beauty!

Got some pictures for you but won't have a chance to install in the immediate future. This wheel is from Deity.Motorsports, a forum supporting member/vendor. Easy to do business with and quick to reply to all my questions. Yes, it is an expensive wheel but there are others offered in a not dissimilar price range and Deity allows you to add your own designs. I chose to have a laguna blue ring at the top of the wheel, matching blue stitching and rev match +/- symbols. Also wanted the Z51 at the bottom of the wheel in red and blue. Mission accomplished! It's a fine quality piece with no blemishes that I could see. Thanks Khoa

Let us know how the smooth finish feels under your palms...

By that, I mean, I'm curious how slick it might be with sweaty hands on a road course.

If you're holding the carbon fiber parts while on a road course, you're doing it wrong.

Sweaty hands? Only when I have a hot babe in the seat next to me And by that, I mean my wife! Anyway, as pointed out below (actually above now) I'll be hanging onto the leather parts. The finish IS smooth but does not feel particularly slippery. I'll know more once I get it installed and try it out.

I'm so glad it came out the way you wanted. The texture is glossy and it actually feels suction cup sticky. Canyon cruise with top down in Sunny SoCal tested!

Great looking steering wheel. Really like the centering stripe and who doesn't like carbon fiber. Well done!

The stock wheel in my 2017 is fine, but on my old 2007 C6 (the one I traded for the C60 the car had a wheel straight out of a Chevy Cobalt. I replaced it with a beautiful aftermarket wheel from a company in Queens, NY called Apsis, very happy with the overall transaction. Best investment I made on that car, it transformed the interior and made it look twice as good. My point being that it's a very cost effective bang-for-the-buck upgrade if you don't like the steering wheel your Corvette came with.

Steering wheel is the best investment. I found the C7 and C7Z steering wheels still not up to standard, especially for a 120k loaded car. Quality is night and day still with our product vs stock.
