Default 3LZ perforated Napa seat surface questions

Is there any visual difference between between a 3LZ and a 2LZ Perforated Napa Seat Surfaces?

Is there a color contrast on the Perforated Napa Seat Surfaces on a 3LZ Kalahari interior?

Trying to determine if the cost difference is worth it between 2LZ and 3LZ.

The Napa leather is smoother and softer. So it's more of a texture and quality thing.

Plus you will have that new leather smell for awhile if that's important to you. When I ordered mine I was trying to decide between the two trim levels. The salesmen made a good point, your spending a lot of money already and your probably going to be keeping it so get the best interior that you can. I'm glad I did theres no looking back saying I wish I would have. I ordered the two tone red interior so the 3LZ gave me the red accent on the passenger side dash which was important to me.
Now if your going to upgrade every couple years, and you don't want to take as big a hit then I would get the 2LZ. Good Luck on your decision, no matter what trim you get it will still be a Corvette so how can you go wrong.

Remember, if you choose the Competition seats there is only one material used for the seats...Mulan leather....no Napa.

Just a FWIW.

^^^ I hear that. Having said that to me woth the pdr added already and the nice dash treatment along with the sueded microfiber upper panels if you can swing it. 3 LZ way to.

getting carbon fiber hood or roof vs spending extra for 3LZ tough choice to do over but I'd stick with. 3LZ. Can always add roof. Already saw hood and roof my color with them. Same with ground effects. Interior needs to be done from beginning or it will never get done as we stare at outside and make changes there over and over.

for me, I'd like a alcantara steering wheel and may do that. Loved it in my C6. Miss it now.

Thanks for all the great advice.
Bob

I am planning a Touch Red car with Black wheels, Carbon Flash hood stinger and now 3LZ interior.

Can't decide on interior color, either Jet Black with Red Stitching or Red with two tone Black.

What do you all think?

I've had so many "all black interior" cars that I went with more contrast. I was worried, but now I love it. Steering wheel pic is aftermarket but adds to it. Now that you can get seats in two-tone, that's probably the way I'd go.

^^^ I went through the same analysis before I ordered my car. Could not find a dealer who could explain the difference between the 2LZ and 3LZ interior. So I went out and looked at a bunch of cars with both and decided I didn't care for the microfiber valour treatment on the A pillars and overhead that comes with the 3LZ and I could not see any quality difference between the Mulan leather and Napa leather so I ordered the 2LZ interior with the PDR and saved myself almost $3K. See picture below:

They are black which is the standard color in 2016. I did add the red paddle shifters on the steering wheel, I think the red paddles are standard in 2017 but not 100% sure.

Do you have the CF dash?
If so, can you take a close-up picture of it with Red top dash in the picture.

Thanks, Bob

Steve Bell, I don't think you should keep editing posts and removing the quotations. Sometimes when people are typing they have no idea if someone will sneak in and post before them. Quoting the original post instead of posting "^^^^" ensures that people will know what you're responding to without the possibility of someone inadvertently posting at the same time and confusing things.

I like the 3LZ look with the napa leather and the suede microfiber A pillars but was not a fan of the suede microfiber seats shifter and steering wheel JMHO. Everyone has their own opinion!
