Default Show me your wrap....

I'm think about doing an urban came style spot wrap on my blacked out c6. I'll keep the base black as the main color, with random satin chrome silver and satin chrome blue spots around the car. I think it'll look cool for a change up. The materials using Vivid Vinyl is about $400, and I'll apply it with the help of a few friends. I may keep it a month, and I may keep it a year. Who knows? Anyway, let me see your vinyl wraps. Pic of my car for reference.

My wrap is called LeMans Blue. It came from the factory with it. What do you think?

I like how you have your headlights blacked out. What material did you use.

the wrap doesnt like florida sun and daily driving it. Glue is starting to fail some places. I used vivid, should have spent a few more bucks for 3m..

That color looks clean brings out the body lines nicely. Just don't like the headlights but guessing you did that since they are still painted the og color?

Satin black looks nice IMO, a bit more interesting than matte. Check out "Avery Satin Nero"

If you've never worked with vinyl, practice on things around the house. I wrapped a few of my old white light switch plates just to get use to gathering and trimming material around corners, working out creases etc. If you apply to much heat, corners can break the material. It definitely takes practice to be able to do a nice job.

By the way, what's up with your attachment and avatar orientations. If I had more time to be a wise ***, I'd attach photos of wrapped cars in every orientation but right side up

Regarding my avatar and pics, I can't figure out how to get them straight. I'm a computer dumbass. LOL

How long has it been on ? I love the matte electric blue from 3M but since i live in a fairly hot country 9 month of the year I'm quite interested to hear your feedback.
