Some of us have to have a front plate, but that nose wart has got to go. There are many other license plate frames that look so much better than OEM.

Oh I know... NY is a 2 plate state, however most cops around here don't seem to mind as 9/10 corvettes I see don't have a front plate nor have I been stopped in 3 years for not having one.

That being said, I agree with you there are much better options that have a lower profile look to them.

My C6 also has that OEM plate on the front. as it was purchased used, did not have much of a choice other than to not get the vette. If purchased without that, I would really do something different on the plate holder as well.

I believe they are held on with double sided tape. Use fishing line to cut through the tape. Then use goo gone to clean up before a good wax job.

When two plates are necessary, the Top Flight plate holder is the best one. No drilling, and off/on in 30 seconds or less.

Damn tough crowd...

One question, do you own the place your advertising? If so, I understand. If not why?

I had a white 2007, your car looks great but sorry to say that front plate really is an eye sore for me.

I think if my state required the front plate I would try also to do away with it. “Better to ask for forgiveness, than ask for permission”.
