Got me a New (to me ) Z06. Lemans blue 06
Hey guys,
I sold my black 07 in my sig and bought my Sons terminator cobra last year. Its nice , but you dont go from a z06 to a mustang inho. I am a slow learner...lol
So with that said I came across a pristine condition 2006 lemans z06 with only 6,500 miles on the ticker. Not one scratch on it. I had to come off the hip for $38k as the owner wouldnt budge. The only mod is a borla atak cat back , but gave me the npp exhaust with the deal. also 2009 Chrome wheels in place of the polished.
Here is a few pics.
Glad to be back !

Thanks everyone.
Now when I am able to get some cash back in the ole bank account someday ) I am definitely going long tubes ( kooks or lg ceramic coated with midpipe and the halltech killer bee cold air with custom dyno tune. That will probably be the extent of my mods. then just enjoy it.

Le Mans Master
Thanks...I do get lots of compliments on the spyder wheels. Mine are aftermarket with Corvette center caps.
(those are not scratches on the side of the car, just a reflection of something)

8 year owner here and IMO first available $ you get has to go to having heads minimally checked. Otherwise, one risks nothing to hang headers or HT on. Really. Be proactive w/ this. Then, enjoy.
FWIW if I weren't covered by a GMEPP heads would've been rebuilt, long ago.

Former LMB owner. Damn I miss that car. Such a beautiful color.

Congrats!!! If this is the one I believe it is (came out of NC), I was looking at it myself. Unfortunately for me, I have been deployed for a few months and have several more to go and unable to make a move right now. My C6Z is out there, somewhere...

Congrats on the LMB, I think it's the best color! But then again I maybe biased. lol. I purchased mine in 2009 with 3300 miles on the clock and it now has 33k. It's been absolutely reliable. Now I just need to suck it up and have the heads worked.

I really lucked up because he didnt get on the internet alot and his craigslist posting had expired.
LMB-Z and Z10, Awesome pics!
Yep Im gonna get the heads checked, but hope I dont have to worry about that expenditure right now as I wont be tracking the car or even pushing it hard. I know the valve guides can let go under normal driving ( from what Ive read ) , but just hope that until I can get them inspected I wont be a casualty.

Yep, It came from Rocky Mount NC. A super nice couple owned the car and he only drove it to car shows and put it back in the garage.

Also, the car has a tune. Computer removed and taken to Carlisle where tune was added. The original owner did this to all his Corvettes as I recall. No big deal just thought you might want to know.
