Default C6 Corvette 454

So before I go and and dump money in something I know little about I'm wondering would you be able to fit a lsx inside a base model C6. I've been told you could but I want to make sure.

Doesn't matter the model. All C6's have the same size engine compartment...

And all LS motors are same external dimensions. Only bore/stroke changes. A 5.3 or 7.4L LS is same size block/dimensions.

There are FAR FAR FAR better options for that power level. Talk to LME/ERL/Livernois/Thompson. Any of them can build a stronger/better motor for less money.
