selling: late C4 Torch Red FB targa top*
Selling an OEM fiberglass solid targa roof top in Torch Red, removed from a 1995 C4. *Please note: this top has both structural damage to the FB, and subsequent paint cracks as a result of shipping damage. I purchased this top from a fellow CF member, who had owned it since 1995 (I was told that he stored this top away when he purchased his C4 in 1995/1996, and then pulled the top out from storage and sold it to me approx. 2 years ago). The top was in pristine condition at the time (except for an easy saggy headliner), so I bought it from him. Unfortunately, it was damaged during shipping to me. This top would be great for anyone who knows how to repair FB. It’s just too much work for me, but at the same time I’d like it to go to a good home since they’re kinda rare these days.
Other info:
The outer/perimeter molding is slightly dented, but still usable.
The headliner needs to be replaced.
Weatherstripping appears to be OK.
All hardware brackets are OK and intact.
Considering all this, I am asking $125 locally. I’m located on Long Island NY. Willing to meet somewhere in Nassau or Western Suffolk Co. Will ship as economically as possible.
Feel free to ask any questions.

Here is a quick photo I snapped during my rush out of the house this morning, hanging in my garage. Most of the damage is near the corners and front area. I will post more detailed photos soon...

Your target audience would be much bigger if you decided to ship. I had one shipped from Houston to Indianapolis for $50.00 via FedEx ground. No way in hell would I ever trust something like that to USPS...it would be cost prohibitive and it would be guaranteed they would destroy it (worse than it already is)! You can get a perfectly sized flat screen TV box to ship it in from Best Buy...get one bigger than the top to allow for the edge protection styrofoam and you're good to go.
