Are you looking for a Mako corvette or a "mako" corvette? The Mako is below and I'm sure the ones in private collections are not going to be sold anytime soon.
What is your preference of: year, color, engine, auto/man, coupe/convertible, options, etc

Not really sure if I understand your first question. Looking for an earlier year C3 with either the Silva or motion kit. Nothing against Bohannon but I prefer the looks of the others. Beggers cannot be choosers and the real ones seem to pop up less frequent. Looking for anything from a resto project to a complete "show" car. Testing the waters to see what's out there

Actually, the Mako you pictured (Mako Shark II) does not exist anymore with that bodywork. Nor are there "ones" in any private collections unless you consider the C2 styled original Mako Shark. There was only one MSII and it was turned into the Manta Ray

There is a Mako Shark and a Manta Ray at the GM Heritage museum which is a private collection, OP was not clear nor concise on what he was looking for and the picture framed the discussion, thank you for enhancing it.

I have a Mako bodied 69 that I might be selling. Its a big block, four speed car. Tilt front end, side pipes ,etc. It hasn't run for years and needs to be restored.
