Default A free 60K

To spend on another Corvette for the stable in addition to your current one(s). Have to choose 1 of the following:

1. 2009-2013 ZR1. Low mileage 15-25K. All records. optioned mostly like you would order it.

2. 2016-17 C7 Stingray Z51 new(ish). All options, just the way you want it.

3. 2013 Z06 15-20K Options same as above.

4. 2017 Grand Sport. Options same as above.

I'd go with #1. You can find a 17 Grand Sport for 60k???

The C5 and C6 are too similar for me to ever own one of each (if I had crazy spare $, I'd get my wife a really nice SUV first, otherwise maybe add an old muscle car, a nice BMW, who knows, but not 2 Corvettes). If I were to replace my C5Z with another Corvette, either of the C6's sound decent. I don't like the C7 at all, so scratch them off.

My first choice would be the ZR1 followed by the '17 Grand Sport.

The industry is reporting that dealers have a huge inventory of C7's nationwide - somewhere north of 200 days supply. Costco recently added the Corvette to their "factory pricing" program, which Chevy has not done before and which indicates they are having difficulty moving them. There should be some good deals to be had.

Me? I'd go for the ZR1 if I wanted to stay in Corvetteland. But for $60k you could get a nice new ZL1 Camaro, which quite frankly would tempt me a whole lot more than it's mechanical "twin" the Z06, where the price includes about $20k of "Corvette Tax". There's a very positive road test in this month's Car & Driver.

Base C7? Haha no.

Go #1 or #4, both are great choices.

I'd opt for 4.) Grand Sport, and have it drop shipped to Andy at A&A Corvettes for a SuperCharger install and tune.
