Wife had similar in her tire from construction.
Piece of plexiglass right through the tire.
Once your tire is fixed you can cover that other damage by installing some nice side skirts!!!

A car passing hit something and threw the crap into my lane. Whatever it was hit the front tire first, then the rocker, and then the razor blade. Maybe drywall debris. The earth continues to turn.
Had to get a new tire. Width of blade went all the way through.
