I wouldn't get too excited just yet - it was 70 here a couple of days ago and now they are calling for the possibility of some snow. I don't think winter is ready to let go yet.

A beautiful sunny 75 degree day here in VB. Drove down to the beach for awhile. I saw the Bradford pear tree are blooming so it is spring here.

Had many great years on the west coast of FL ( '70 to '86 ) and as a Sales Engineer, I covered the whole state of FL, so know most of it pretty well.
If the resale prices were better here in Gettysburg, I'd sell and go to Viera, FL in a heartbeat
We'd still keep our lake home at Smith Mountain Lake, VA for the hot summer months
