Hello,
I'm new to this forum, having owned several japanese cars in the past, this will be my first venture into American Muscle.
To name a few:
- 1990 Nissan Skyline GT-R (and modified)
- 2011 Subaru WRX STI
- 2001 Acura Integra Type R
I've been out of the car game for a couple years having moved to Toronto and living downtown without the need of a car and got the itch again.
Having recently seen the new Grand Sport Corvette in the blue with heritage stripes, it looks amazing and I did a ton of research and review on it and completely sold.
On the other hand, the thought of building a C3 Corvette, probably 73-79, has also crossed my mind as they are relatively inexpensive $10-15K CAD mark. Not sure the amount of work that is required to build and restore a car like this, but looking forward to the info I'll get from this forum.
Cheers,
Wilson

Hi Wilson
I too am new to the Forum only joining on Saturday, I like you was nuts on cars but buying houses having children and moving to Canada pot the breaks on my hobby, but my son getting into Golf GTI's sort of got me going again, Back in England I was mad on the Mk1 ford escort Mexico, great cars fun to drive and worth a fortune now, but me like you turned to wanting a corvette, so I found a good example a 1985 C4, the car was a two owner and had no modifications, I have spent the last two years a few thousand dollars getting it back to a reliable good driving car, I wish you luck in your search and loads of cruise nights & shows around the GTA
