Default Top Coat spray detailer

Saw several adds on a new spray wax sealer. Top Coat F11. Has anyone tried this product and if so what was your experience?

I just googled it and watched a couple of the videos by the company. Looks like you spray it on everything, wait for it to cure and then buff it with a microfiber. Looks shiny, but I have no idea how long it lasts or if it's any good.

It's $59 for a spray bottle and $300 for a gallon Liquid gold I guess.

Default TopCoat

I just used some for my wheels. So far i like the product. It does say to wash the car first, so that says to me to remove as many imperfections as possible before applying. I seems to take the place of any wax or sealant so you may just be performing an action twice by doing the sealant and then the topcoat? Have not used it on my paint yet but plan to. Definitely leaves a dry slick surface just like WAX, a lot easier to work with as well. Builds layers of protection.

Yes i am a lurker...

Used it a few days ago. Didn't d the vert cover and you can see the difference.

First wash no waxes added.

Vert cover wasn't washed so top coat not used there

Did the rest of the car and front window in lass than 20 min with 2 microfiber one to spread in the polish and the second to buff it out. The car is like glass right now. Nothing sticks to it.

Have a Vette owner with a 69 Camero. He bought it and did a demo at a car and coffee for me. It was impressive and gave a great look with slick finish.

Also have a friend that uses Chadwick detailer and it goes on easy and provides slick finish including on the windows.

Just a quick update 2 weeks after applying top coat it is like glass I take a microfiber and just wipe it down from dust. Living in FL they are doing major road construction on my way to and from work. The dust just wipes right off.

Any further update? I'll be comparing it to my Zaino which I feel is in a whole different league of it's own. As a result, I feel THIS will be one heck of a challenge when it arrives to be better than Zaino.

@bonzo A month later, how is it going with Top Coat?

I am STILL waiting for them to even send it out (claiming to be a 24hr-48hr processing time). with absolutely no way to contact them as it's been over a week now.

I got into contact and was advised of a backorder of the microfiber towels which had happened last week but has since been rectified. My order is due to ship out this coming week. :-)

Ever seen the guys at the gas stations who want to clean your fender with this magic product that is used in NASCAR? Yeah, its another one of those. Unrealistic claims and they give you some of the worst care/use advice too.

I use Adam's Ceramic Boost as a spray detailer on mine and couldn't be more pleased with anything else. Your finish doesn't have to be ceramic coated for great results. It does work best on paint that is already corrected.

I have used Zaino products on both of my previous Corvettes. At this point in my life, I just don't have the time to put that amount of work into my C6.

Top Coat F11 was purchased and they provided 2 microfiber towels along with a large and small bottle of their product. The shipment arrived three days after the order was placed.

Followed the directions and washed the car then used Mother's claybar on it to get rid of the small imperfections that are always stuck in the clear coat. The claybar work took about 4 hours (yeah... I know, I'm slow. Must be the perfectionist in me....).

The following day, put the Top Coat on and it was literally, spray on, smooth it thoroughly with the first microfiber towel and then take the other one and rub it to a shine. Very easy to come off and it leaves a great shine. Since it's a convertible, it took about an hour and that included the waterfall.

Results were the same as bonzo posted.... you can throw a microfiber towel across the rear deck or hood and it slides right off....

Very happy with the lower amount of work to get the same results as Zaino.

Not trying to be a wise *** here but why would it take 4 hours to clay your Vette?

It had never been done before and there was quite a bit of residual crap stuck in the clear coat. Could not do more than 4 inches without folding over the clay.

Have used F-11 on my Vette and my black Escalade for over a year now.

Leaves a fantastic shine but does not last as long as they said on the videos posted on line.

Both cars are parked in a garage and
area no exposed to the elements.

I love the ease of application, and you don't have to chase the streaks like with the Zano products.

On the fence about the price. I think they could market it for a little bit less.

my neighbor tried it - looked great when placed on his old truck - but did not last long - I think that C-Magic gives same shine with longer results
