Lucas oil stabilizer?
i recently had my harmonic balancer replaced with new belts, bolt and seal on my 2005 LS2. All done by A&A corvette in Oxnard, CA. All looks good now no wobble. But there seems to be a noticeable engine noise that has appeared. They are sure it's coming from inside my engine. The car runs perfectly. No problems at all. Should I try to put in some synthetic Lucas oil stabilizer in and see if it helps? The only other option the shop gives me is rebuilding the motor for 5-6K 😐

Question is.. did you have noise issues with your motor b/4 A&A worked on your car?

no, there was a noise that was a very slight chirp and went away. Now it's more dominant and louder. It appears to be a different noise to me. Yet they say it was there before they started the balancer replacement
