Class action lawsuit
I see today 2016 GT350 mustang owners started a class action lawsuit for overheating trannys and going in to limp mode. I was just wondering if this is something ZO6 owners could look into? Here is the link for the story that came out today. http://jalopnik.com/shelby-gt350-mus...ing-1793541621

By the way, welcome to the Z06 forum and congrats on your new 2017 Z06 order. Wait until you get the chance to drive the Z06. You will love it. Well maybe you will not get to enjoy it since you are spreading negative already.

Wow i didn't mean for it to be negative, I just thought with some of the people that have had overheating problems could find something usefull in the news about some kinda recourse. And thank you can't wait, I have drove them and that's why I'm buying one. Have a good evening....

Hey 5th gear I have a 2017 manual and both times I took car to track it went into limp mode.Yes it's a manual and I want to get my money back.I think Chevy deserves a lawsuit on this one.

i am pretty surprised to hear this. I just posted a thread on 2017 cooling improvements in comparison to 2016.
Is it possible that you have an issue that is unique to your car? Air in the system for example?

What!
Salesmen sold them cars not equipped for the track, but, they said the cars were? They had a track package, but, didn't include and charge for it?
This is small potatoes no matter what compared to the Z07 fiasco!

If you truly want to track a car, and it has overheating problems, don't go crying about it, man up and learn what is needed to correct the problem and install the parts to solve it. Unfortunately, this will require time, money, tools, knowledge, and skill.
Or just turn in your man card and sue somebody!
Buncha snowflakes.
