2015 Z51 3LT M7 price
Hello all,
Looking to get back into a Corvette and was wondering what you guys think is a good price for a 2015 Z51 3LT 7 speed manual, white exterior, black interior, carbon fiber roof, black out emblems, spoiler, mirrors and wheels. Mag ride, Pretty loaded car with a MSRP of $75,625. One owner car, no accidents, 11,000 miles.
Please let me know what you guys think is a fair price to pay for it, or even better, how much would you be willing to pay for it if you were looking for that specific car..
Thank you

This comparison may help:
I bought a new 2016 Z51, 3LT, A8, Carbon fiber roof panel plus transparent roof panel, extra cost Laguna Blue tintcoat, and all the other features that go with the 3LT package. MSRP was about $78K and I got it for $61K.
So...a two year old car with 11,000 miles might be had for a lot less than that.

Paid 50K for my 15 Z51 3LT M7 about 6 months ago. Mine had more miles on it but was perfect! With the lower miles I would say anything under 52K would be a good buy.

Get a quote from McMulkin et al on a 17, deduct what you think 2 years depreciation amounts to.
I am amazed it took so long for the 14's to break into the $30's? There has to be a flood of cars hitting the used market with the surplus of new cars.

Paid 56k fokr mine a few weeks ago. Almost exactly what you want. 3lt, mag ride, M7, suede upper, transparent top. Z51. Flew from alabama to IL to get it. Looked for 5 months for it. The sticker was $74,400.

C7s in the $30s right now are a higher mileage 1LT Coupe here or there or salvage vehicles.

I suggest you look at cars.com

Sounds about right for a 14,, not knowing anything else like mileage, condition, options. Limerock was not a popular color, so that could factor in.
Cars.com has only 2 C7s for sale in the $30s (both around $39k, both high mileage)

Thank you everyone for the input. So it seems as if I get it as close to $52k I should be okay.. I am not planning on keeping the car for a very long time honestly, just want to get back into a vette for this spring and part of summer. I do not want to take a huge loss on it..

Personally i'd look for a 2LT 2016 for 50-52K instead. Personally not much worth in the 3LT vs 2LT and the 16 had some bigger changes (flat bottom steering wheel, front camera, etc). a 16 Z51 on this forum had a 77K MSRP and sold for $50k.

^ ^ ^ 52 on a 75.6 MSRP does not sound like a deal for a usd 15 w/11K on it unless you're the seller. Brand new 16 were 58.3 on 72.8 MSRP last Sep w/zilch miles and full warranty.
Couple that with the news that the used-car price index fell by 8% from a year earlier in Feb to its lowest level since 2010*
Therefore, I would shop brand new with a forum dlr. Keep an eye on Forums, C7 Dealer Inventory.

Don't know if this helps but I paid $47,800 for a 2016 Arctic White Z51 (red interior, black painted wheels, red calipers, black spoiler). Car had 2660 miles and was an 1LT package with magnetic ride control and NAV/PDR. MSRP was around $67K.
I would say target high $40's, maybe $51K max based on year and miles.
Also have GM provide the service history, check with GM with regards to warranty (make sure it is not flagged) and have a thorough inspection done.

If the options on that car are exactly how you would order it new then you should try to buy it and hope to get it for 50K or thereabouts. If you are flexible on options you can get a new 17 Z51 for 10K to 12K off sticker from one of the forum dealers. With just a few less options than that car you would be around 60K. If you could find a new leftover 16 equipped how you like you should be able to buy it for as much as 15K off sticker price. If it was me I would be a little flexible on the options and buy a new 17.
