Default Cat Delete Kit, 02 Sensor Simulators, can't clear CEL

Took Z06 to my dealer today and we cleared the CEL with his computer, test drove it two miles and CEL came back on...cleared it a second time and it came back again.....so Have the Big Daddy's 02 Sensor Simulators installed, and still getting the engine light displayed full time on my screen.

Am open for any suggestions on Plan B to make this light go away....

Whats interesting is that some members with the Big Daddies have not experienced any CEL. I wonder what the difference is??

Just get a tune. It amazes me that some will add pulley or intake or exhaust and no tune. Then wonder why they're getting codes.

This. When I pulled the cats on my VR-4, O2 simulators and non-fouler extensions didn't do jack. Once I flashed my ecu with the appropriate peripherals disabled, no more CEL.

Should I ever want to pull the cat on my C6 I'll have to figure out how to disable O2s with HP or like.

make sure you are using the extra washer they give you otherwise it will keep throwing a CEL.

Default Using straight

Tony I am using the straight stainless 02 Bung, not the 90 degree.......no one said anything about using straight or angled bung sensors, so I just spent $50.00 and got the straight ones...and no go from the beginng.

So......is the answer to buy the 90 degree bung sensors? It is a 100% cure?

Other members have reported to use the 90% sensors and no CEL.
I'm just waiting to have that further validated.
