I would think a stock C5 would walk all over this Charger...a modded C5 should easily blow it away...

The new 392's are deceptively fast, especially for a 4,000 lb vehicle. Stock C5 gets walked.

Yeah I'd think an SRT8 with 470 HP would take a stock C5 even if it does weigh 2 tons ...

I had a '12 392 Challenger. It was no slouch. I let my friend who I bought my Z from drive it and he was very impressed.

no doubt your C5 was biggest dog in that fight. I am a huge fan of the 392 Chargers.... now if FCA would just make them in AWD

Having driven all members of the SRT8 stable at a SRT HPDE, I find it frustrating that they finally come out with an AWD Challenger...with only the V6. The 392 Jeep is AWD, and more fun on the dragstrip than the rest of them. The 5.7 Hemi has about 375 hp and is also coupled with the Jeeps AWD system.

I'm not a big fan of the Chrysler box type styling but its hard to deny that these things really do move along given their weight, impressive!
