I would love to participate, but I will be in the Corvette Corral at Sebring that day, watching the C6R win its first race of 2007.

Not to rain on your parade, but organizing an event on St. Patricks Day is a bad call for many reasons...
Number one, I'm mostly Irish and will be drinking heavily all day long... cruising to South Beach has to be nearly impossible with traffic, I never go there for that reason, and finding a place to hold all the cars has to be hard as well.
And considering St. Patty's day is 'amateur night' for a lot of drinkers, I'd be worried about everyone else on the road while driving my vette.
(which is why I've hired a limo for that day to take me and my friends out bar-hopping... not my problem if the limo company's car gets hit by a drunk...)
In any case, good luck with the cruise, I won't be making it. Now if you wanted to try the next day (Sunday) I might be up for that if the hangover isn't too great
