Default TN antique plate question?

I just switched the plates on Dad's 69 vert over to antique plates.

My question:

Does the state send a form every year showing ownership/registration like normal plates?

If the state changes the format of the plate do you have to get new ones or keep the same one.

Thanks guys, new to this antique plate thing.

you will not get paperwork every year. If they change plates then you will have to get new ones sometimes it is a small fee. When I had to get new antique plate for my convertible the paper work said I might be charged $2 but it did not cost me at all. You even get a new wheel tax sticker for free.
