Where to get a car weighed near Chesapeake?
I'm looking to get the race car weighed for classing purposes... anybody in Hampton Roads (preferably near Chesapeake) know of a good place to get a car weighed accurately? Cheaply is also preferred of course

I believe Frank's Truck Stop on Miltary Highway towards Suffolk has certified scales, but I would go over to N. Hampton Blvd. aka RT 13 to the truck stop behind Wendy's.

I don't know how accurate it is, but it's free:
The Norfolk SPSA transfer station located at Va Beach Blvd and Ballentine Blvd has a scale you drive on when you take trash to be dropped off. They also have an outside digital display that shows you what the vehicle weighs as you go up to the control booth to present your ID.
