Hampton Roads, Burn out Contest at the Beach

On the Oceanfront Boardwalk
"Burn-Out Competition
The Wildly popular Burn-Out Contest is back again this year. The competition will be Saturday Night 7:30pm at the 19th Street Parking Lot. All those entering must arrive by 7 p.m. The rules are simple. The Burn-Out area is a control area, and the object is make as much tire smoke in a given amount of time. The winner will be selected by the most crowd cheer registered by a decibel meter. There is a 1st Place and 2 Runner-Ups"

Oh well, how did I forget the Skyline drive this year.
