Anybody in the Atlanta area?
I see a ton of people in other areas, but non for Atlanta.
Just got my 99 FRC in December, in the Jonesboro / Fayetteville area.
Who all is out there, and what is there to do? (clubs, track days, shows, etc)

Caffeine & Octane is a good start. www.caffeineandoctane.com You can meet plenty of people there.
Classic Glass Corvette Club has a decent following... http://www.cgcorvetteclub.com/
Not a ton out there really. But definitely plenty of shows to keep you occupied.

There are a ton of Corvette folks in the Atlanta area. I moved form there a few years ago, but there was always something going on.

Welcome to the ATL
The first thing you need to do is buy snow tires Anyhow, if you are interested in track days there are lots of corvettes and events. With Road Atlanta , AMP, Barber and other tracks in the SE there are events every month. A lot of us like Chin , lots of track time and different cars. Go to Motorsports.reg and you will see corvettes running in all HPDE events....even at the BMW club events. The serious corvette track guys can be found at MTI racing in Marietta and at most NASA events.Enjoy your FRC and hope to see you at the track.Tom

snow tires and a roof (just cut the roof off today - doing the targa conversion)
I want to do a track day once I get the car how I want it .. about to put c6 z06 sways, bilstein sport shocks, and an ls6 intake on it
its already putting down over 500hp, so a set of c6 z06 wheels are next (stock s2k's dont hook at all)
I've passed by MTI racing a couple times (my renter works accross the street from them)
