Corvette Cruise In NC Mountains
Tired of the heat? Looking for a excuse to go to the mountains? This is it located on South Main Street in Hendersonville NC. June 13 from 5-9 pm, July 11 and Aug 8th . Live band on stage providing the music. For more information pm or e mail me. Looking for over 100 cars at first Cruise IN.

We already have a trip to the lake for that week. If not we would be there. I started my flying career at what was then Winkler airport in Hendersonville. Great town and had a blast there when I was a young lad of 20. Have fun.

Mountain Cruise IN
The person is charge of this cruise in is a member of the Charlotte Road Runner Club. He is the big guy called Mike and works hard putting this cruise in on.

Two more Corvette cruise ins left to go. The first one had 36 cars despite a hard rain lasting nearly two hours the band started playing around 7 pm. The cars got wet but we had a nice shelter to get under and stay dry. Next cruise in July11 5 to 9 pm.

Check us out Friday night lots of Corvettes and a live band plus lots of places to eat. You can walk to your diner location. Cost is nothing for the cruise in.
maybe something like Chiropractor, I hear they have excellent hours

Corvette Car show
The second of three events is this Friday night the 11th in downtown historic Hendersonville NC. It is specifically a Corvette cruise in and a live band (The Night Crawlers) are scheduled to perform between 7pm and 9pm. There will also be a third Corvette Cruise in on August 8th with Dashboard Blue performing. These are both free events with lots of downtown dining within walking distance. Should be a nice evening out.

Shoot, I forgot we have a group meeting tonight for the Campus Cruisers so we won't be able to come. So sorry, I was really looking forward to it. Hope to see some of you at Vette Pros tomorrow in Charlotte. It's looking like it's going to be a big turnout.

Great Cruise In 77 cars with all generations present with multiple cars in each generation. Next Cruise In Aug. 8 and we should hit 100 cars. Pictures on Rutherford County Facebook Group of some of the cars in the cruise in. People enjoy the free event with the cool mountain air, great restaurants, live band. Some clubs may make this a mini weekend vacation doing the cruise on Friday night and have two days left to do the mountain things of their choice.

So, is this going on this evening?
My car is drivable, and won't be going to the shop for the deer hit until next Monday.
I've seen Friday mentioned, however the original post said August 5th, which is today. Am I missing something? (edit: Saw August 8th mentioned too).
