For my schedule, I like the Friday night time much better however. And it was nice to meet friends there and walk over to the row of restaurants ringing Tower Shops. It was a good location for a car show.
I wonder if the Home Depot @ Sheridan show is still on, maybe I'll take a swing over there this Friday.

I went once, there were a lot of cool cars indeed. Worth the trip I'd say.

I just got my silver C5 yesterday and was taking it out to enjoy it with the wife today and ended up stumbling into a Corvette owners meet at 1pm at the Carolina ale house on bird road and SW 67 ave. My wife and I pulled over to get something to drink after driving for about two hours with the targa top off so was putting it away when suddenly 15+ vettes showed up. Pretty awesome cars !

Why would you bring a dead post of 2014 car show that doesn't exist anymore, instead start a new one.
Glad you are enjoying your new Corvette.

Haha sorry 😅 new to forums as a whole. I haven't been on one before. I just did a quick search of Carolina ale house on here to see if I could find some of the people who were there. I definitely am enjoying it though 🤘

I'm guessing these guys do since they were the original organizers - I believe they are called Corvette Owners Of South Florida. They are a new bunch of enthusiasts.

Besides that, come join our club proper - Sunshine Corvette Club Miami.

Hey Joe, good to hear from you. A lot of that information from Clevite in the 1960's is still valid, and the film was shot at Clevite headquarters where I used to work, a LLLOOOOOONNNNGGGGGG time ago.

That being said, I can only access information in pages that are “open” to the public and not locked to non members of the group, or to people like me that don’t have a FB account.
in situations like this, the FB page becomes another version of a website for me since the information (which is what I’m there for) is one way in that I have access to information that is posted, but I cannot post anything.
for me, perfect scenario.
