Art In Motion car show Sat Sept 27th 2014 Spartanburg,SC Converse College
Subject: Art In Motion Show Sat Sept 27th,2014 9-3
Wanted to invite everyone to our show. It is the same as we did last year and most everyone from last year is coming back, but we have opened some additional space.
It is an invitation only event, but we still have some availability. Please email drthomasgc@aol.com .
It is going to be in the same location as last year, Converse College in Spartanburg,SC.
We are going to have a packet pick up at the Beacon Drive In. In Spartanburg,SC from 7PM to 9PM and have a cruise in there at the same time.
All entries HAVE to be preregistered. There will be NO entries on the day of the show.
For those who don’t come to the Beacon for their packet pick up we are having an early Sat morning pick up and check in at Converse College from 7:30am to 8:30am.
Show hours are 9am to 2:30pm. Lunch 11am to 1:00PM Awards are at 3:00PM
Casino Night location and time TBA
Fee for driver & one passenger $40.00 and includes goodie bag, 2 wrist bands for lunch and 1 T-shirt.
additional cars are $10.00, but don’t include lunch or t shirt.
Extra lunch wrist bands are $8.00
Lunch will be served in the Converse College Gee Dining Hall
Spectators $10.00 donation is appreciated.

credit/debit cards may be called to this number as well
Limited to the first 150 cars. All types of vehicles are welcome.
We will, once again, pre-stage everyone and all parade in together. This was a HUGE HIT last year. People were very excited to not only see the cars, but hear them run. If you have concerns about your vehicle having to idle and get parked in this fashion just let us know and we will make other arrangements for your vehicle.

I just wanted to say one more time thanks to all of those that chose to spend their Saturday at our Art In Motion Show at Converse College in Spartanburg,SC this past Sept 27th. And also to the Greer Sertoma Club for making our casino night possible as well as all of our sponsors that so graciously donated and supported our show.
We are even more excited about Campus Cruisers and are working on corporate sponsorship to aide that program and help our young people get into the automotive Industry to enhance and continue all of our passions well into the future.
We still have a few t-shirts left if anyone wants any more. $10.00 each if picked up at our office in Greer. Shipping available for small fee.
