Default Destin/Ft Walton Beach 4L60E dealer service?

Hey FL folks, my parents just landed in Destin for the winter and when leaving the hotel in Tenn on Monday, they had no reverse in their 2011 Colorado (4L60E). I've read up on it and it seems to be a relatively common issue and theirs was actually rebuilt a year or so ago for the same issue. Anyway, it looks like it is going to Preston Hood Chevrolet for the repair, any feedback on them is appreciated. Hopefully GM covers the cost as it is a repeat item from a warranty repair

I just got my 06 Vette back from Preston Hood with a rebuilt transmission. Contact Charlie Boyte and see if you can get Britt to work it. They did a great job. You should not have any warranty conflicts. They fixed a warranty claim on my Avalanche's factory rebuilt transmission that was done at a different dealer.
