Houston Area - Timing Cover "Centering" Tool I could borrow/rent??
As the title states - looking to borrow/rent a centering tool for a LS timing cover.
Put the new 416 in, got it running over the weekend noticed the other day, it has oil coming from behind the dampner area - fork me for not changing the damn seal while it was apart. I've never had a crank seal leak before and with the old motor having less than 32K on it - I figured it was fine. Looks like I was wrong
So, now I get the fun of pulling the rack, the front accessories (the blower makes it even less fun - than it already is) and all that jazz this weekend.
Thought I'd reach out and see if anyone had one locally before I ordered one - that wouldn't arrive until next week.

I don't believe that tool is necessary...Just leave the bolts loose until you get the HB in place then tighten them up and it should be centered.
