That's just what I'm looking for. I just need to work out a date that I can drive over, my business seems to consume all my time. I trust you guys to get it done right unlike most everyone else I come across.
Thanks, Tom

Anybody going to Cars and Coffee Palm Beach this Sunday?

I'm going to take my sainted mother, a car nut herself so will be getting there later, not parking in the show most likely.

Hey Joe, that's very cool that you are bringing your mom! I hope she has a fantastic time! Make sure to bring her some sunscreen though... maybe an umbrella (sounds a little strange but it would help with the heat if she will be walking around for a while)

I'm going to skip this one as well. My headers are being installed today/tomorrow, and I will drop the car off at Redline for Mr. Howard himself on monday at 10am yeaaaaahhhh can't wait to see the results!!!!

However, I don't want to do the mia-wpb drive over the weekend, bc I know I can't keep my foot off the gas and don't want to run it hard untuned... MY wife's car which she never uses won't be available this time :/

Great idea on the umbrella, and glad you're getting the headers all squared!

You can drive with headers on stock tune, won't be a problem at all. You'll set a CEL for cat inefficiency but that won't hurt anything. Closed loop the car will be able to maintain 14.7 no problem, and you can even get on it, since the car is tuned for like 11.0 from the factory so it'll still be pretty fat even with headers. If you want to play it safe, don't go open loop (WOT or close). But IMHO it'd be fine either closed loop or open.

John Z outdid himself again. This has become my favorite car show - parking is ample, the cars are outstanding and this time there was plenty of food vendors if you need something besides coffee (and at $1, the coffee from Whole Foods is a real bargain).

I plan to make a habit out of this car show. I even took my sainted mother today who had a great time. She's been a car nut her entire life, somehow it skipped my kids however. lol.

Just a FYI guys

Next cars & coffee will be November 8th (sunday), in two weeks.

From their page:
We will be celebrating the birthday of the Cars & Coffee Palm Beach founder, John Zeilinga, during and after the November 8th event. We will be enjoying lunch at Red Robin's immediately after cars & coffee and then a caravan out to Palm Beach International Raceway for the Street Racing Made Safe event.
