Check a C3 in St. Petersburg, FL for me?

I found a C3 in St. Petersburg which might be interesting for me.
In addition to the pics the seller already sent me, I like to get it checked by a forum member. Pictures just show what you want to show...
Would be really nice when somebody will find some time to check it for me!
