WARNING Jeff Gordon Chevrolet Wilmington, NC
Just a friendly warning to other local corvette owners to avoid doing business with Jeff Gordon Chevrolet in Wilmington, NC.
I purchased a C7 from them and have had problems with the service department improperly changing the oil, using the wrong oil and even leaving the oil cap off.
When brought the attention of the dealer, they refused to acknowledge their wrongdoing, refused to apologize and furthermore refused to perform any warranty or recall work on the car. Even after purchasing their most expensive vehicle spending thousands on their extended warranty, they refuse to honor the warranty. Extremely poor business practices, inept service department and no desire to correct their actions.
They have also cut ties with Cape Fear Corvettes, the local corvette club who is normally the biggest advocate for locals considering a corvette purchase.
They don't deserve your money and your corvette deserves better!

Luckily Hendricks has the best service dept in the Raleigh area but their sales dept sucks and yes it is truly all about the dollar.
The salesman got pissed I bought my C7Z at another dealer at a discount when I roll up there one day in it to get the oil change. Funny thing was I was there 3 days prior giving him every opportunity to sale one to me.
