I drove and learned the hard way, ruts are killer on lower back.

Saturday was not the best conditions but we ran 165 with a 3rd gear missed shift. The car will easily run 170.

I'll post up plenty of stuff tomorrow but for now 164 MPH spinning with drag radials to 80 MPH. Plenty of dust, not enough warm weather = bad combination

Going for 164...spun on drag radials too cold out (upper 30s). Speedo hit is off by 5-7 MPH on my video reading too slow. Drag radials are taller than my street tire so put that into perspective.

Absolutely no traction again this year but it was still a blast!

It was Very Cold and Dusty with a 13mph Crosswind and No Rubber Down. The promoter said he was getting a sweeper this year. I guess that didn't happen. If I race next year it will be on Sunday. That is when all the rubber is down on the starting line. Probably not as dusy either. I had fun but I think I prefer the Dragstrip.

They did rent a sweeper,...and had a jet blower out on Friday night. Best I did in the Viper was 155.89. We'll be back in my TT C5 and F1X C6 next year. Already looking forward to it. Also gonna try and hit the Georgia events.
