No Chevy II this year. Speaking of photos, I wonder if they'll have the same photography outfit in victory lane as in past years. I also look forward to your gems.
Also, I hope Jeff Williams' wife will again sing the national anthem...her voice is absolutely incredible. With her blessings, that belongs on youtube.

One reason I like running mid pack is I like being sandwiched with other Corvettes on the track. I run 2 gopro video cameras, one front facing out the windshield, and one rear facing that is suction mounted on the outside rear window. In years past I have been fortune enough to run both directly in front of Soslow1 Tim, as well as directly behind him. He runs 3 gopros and his when he finishes editing his videos, it is both humbling and impressive to see the final product on youtube.
Plus, running mid pack should afford you an extra 5 mph down the backstretch over others....

As far as running with our group...who filled out their registration to say "prefer to run with group" and group name "www.corvetteforum.com"?
Please make a post with your information so I can add it to this list. Be sure to list your full name, corvetteforum handle/screen name and how many sessions you have.
I will be communicating this back to J Mark Davis THIS FRIDAY THE 22ND!!!
NOTE: If your name or screen name is in red please post up your remaining information, whether it be your full name, how many sessions your running or both! Thanks!!!
Also please note there are only 15 cars on the track so to be in the group its first come first served. So far have 2 slots remaining open IF the forum screen named people below are confirmed to be attending.

I would like to run mid to back of pack. I also do NOT need to run all sessions with this group. I am flexible and delighted to run in this event again !!!

In addition to the awesome track video, this lineup will make for some great photos on pit road also. Two years ago I was behind a 67 Chevelle...but this is better! The C3 is a true Icon. Woohoo

What a beautiful picture.
Can't wait for a side by side comparison of your Bryar blue next to my Laguna blue. A 44 year difference in age but they look very close!

In watching the NASCAR cup race yesterday, I see that the scheduled last lap crash (grin) happened right in the middle of the tri-oval where we get our picture taken. Worlds fastest junkyard LOL
It now looks like this;
THIS IS TALLADEGA
Start at :53 seconds through 1:03.
