Hi! My name is Victoria (aka Logg's daughter) and I am currently working on a senior project for school in which I had to pick a topic to research. I decided to learn more about pediatric oncology, and part of this project is having a product. I have decided to do a documentary of my fundraising process for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and my final results. With the help of Rutherford County Corvettes, I have put together this cruise-in to help raise money and awareness. Please come out and join your fellow corvette enthusiasts to help raise awareness and donations for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital on April 2, 2016 5:00 p.m. at Forest City Cafe. Hi All. My name is Jeff Kellogg (AKA Logg) and I'm a long time Corvette enthusiast and supporter to St. Judes children Hospital. Once you have children of your own, you understand how precious they really are and how much you would do for them. I'm so proud of Victoria for trying to put together a cruise in to benefit St. Judes. I would like to ask each of you to please try and come out to meet and support her on April 2nd at Forrest City Cafe in Forrest City North Carolina at 5 PM. We would love to see Corvette clubs from all over the upstate SC and NC show up. Hi Cindy, There will be no charge to attend this event. She is hoping for donations that she will pull all together to present to St. Judes as the final product of her Sr. project. We will take cash, checks and paypal for donations. She's planning to also have a 50/50 drawing the night of the cruise in and possibly silent auction items if she can get local vendors to donate. Hope to have good music, Corvettes and fellowship. Please pass the word to all your friends.

Please keep us informed on when in October the cruise to St. Jude's is. I mentioned it to Victoria even before you suggested it but was not sure when it was. We would love to do this.
We are scheduled to go to Memphis on March 31st to tour the hospital also as part of her Sr. project.

Hi all, Today's the day for Victoria's St Jude's cruise in and she's so exited / nervous. I'm sure her biggest fear is it just not going well. I've been around this forum and Corvette people for 10 years and I know how kind and giving everyone is. If you have the time, please come out and join us tonight. Make it a date night. Have a meal at the cafe, look at some beautiful cars with friends and help raise some money for a great cause. Hope to see you there.

Like my dad said, we are having a 50-50 raffle, and I have recently collected donated buckets full of products from stores around Anderson to auction off. I wanted to thank everyone again for making it out to the cruise in last night. We had 23 Corvettes and raised a total of almost $800. Victoria had no goal in mind going into this process but now has set a goal of $1000 for St. Jude's. She ended up at $976. During the presentation when she asked the class how much they thought she raised they were spitting numbers out like $20,000 and $30,000. Kind of made her feel bad but we're very proud of her. We on behalf of St. Jude's Children Research Hospital want to thank all that helped with this fund raising experience.
