I just received a phone call from a reliable source that fsp is no longer in business and has put everybody's vehicle out on the parking lot if you have a vehicle with them you may want to go by and check it out if you have any open transactions with them I highly recommend you contact your credit card company and file a dispute

I "was" going for a dyno tune next week.
I was their last week. Lots of cars around. No one acted like anything was wrong......
I guess that's why no one responded to my email about which day to go.

I am getting bashed in the other thread despite the text message that was posted that proves I was right.

I don't wanna see anyone fail. I also don't want to see people get burned...anyone who has been here a long time has seen it before....rumors, denials then a shtstorm followed by "why didn't you guys (mods/admins) do anything" !!! when I first heard about this last week it was because a vendor who shall remain nameless told me he had people coming to him to get stuff they were promised from FSP but couldn't get in touch with anyone and were tired of waiting. Right now I only know of 2-3 people who are expecting either product or money. I hope thats it and I hope it gets resolved. I will update the thread in T&F when I hear from the parties with claims saying they have been made whole.
