Hey guys looking to travel to Savannah first of April, looking for ideas of places to visit and eat?

Garibaldi's is my go to place for dinner when in Savannah.

Stay in the middle of downtown right next to the river. That way you're in walking distance to everywhere and anywhere you need to go. We usually stay at the Hilton Double Tree and love it.

We had booked a room in midtown 20min out is parking down town expensive or hard to find?

Both...expensive and hard to find. Plus a lot of places you go to really aren't car accessible.

Green Palm Inn...they have parking behind the Inn...you can walk anywhere....if you like martinis go to Jen and Friends.....good walking tour is Savannah Dan...you can book online...lots of cool places to see do, eat....don't follow the hype...try places off the grid

Stop by the mighty eighth museum http://www.mightyeighth.org
It's as good as you find on the east coast, located 1/4 mile off I95 lots of parking, good pub & grill, displays are kept rotated and fresh. I visit any time I find myself in Savannah.
