Default VA/MD Auto-Cross?

Are there any VA/MD Auto-cross geeks around that could recomend a track for a newbie to get started on?

Northern VA Corvette Club. We are still working on dates for this years season, but should have them soon.

Also the local SCCA organization holds events about once a month at FedEx Field.
