Default Moving to Orlando-Any good rental ideas?

I found a place called Ospray Links in Hunter Creek. Looks nice. 3 bdrm, garage, 1625 Sq Feet, etc. Any other ideas? I need to be on the West side of Orlando. I looked at Celebration but they were pricey for what you get. Also, I decided on an Infiniti G35 Sedan for a car. Anyone have any connections? I'll be there in 1-3 weeks
Thanks

First let me clarify..by the west side of Orlando are you meaning down by Disney ?...the confusion usually stems from I-4 supposedly being an east/west road when actually it is north/south through Orlando...we call the Disney side of town the south side... ...the key is where you are going to be commuting to...btw, Hunters Creek is lovely but you don't want to have to use John Young Parkway for commuting.. :nono:

I'll be going all over, mostly Tampa and Orlando and occasionally out to Daytona, and down as far as West Palm. I have a traveling coordinator position I just got and it will involve driving all over to Wachovia Bank Branches. I will be covering Central Florida which is why I need the car. I can really live anywhere from Tampa to Daytona but I'd like to be near Orlando with easy access to Tampa as this is where my territory has a high concentration of branches for me to visit.

BTW, my girlfriend is coming and looking for an HR Job. She currently works for Bear Sterns and has Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch on the Resume. Any HR job leads would be appreciated. The place I'm getting now is to allow me to scout around and find a place to build a house in a year or two.
Thanks

 ..given what you said Hunters Creek is a good choice...the Greenway (417) can get you to I-4 quickly and avoid the resorts or downtown traffic...it's a toll road but worth it IMHO and it runs right by Hunters Creek...also the Florida Turnpike is adjacent to Hunters Creek allowing you to head to West Palm easily...there are a couple of new developments a smidge closer to Tamps on I-4...Reunion and Champion's Gate...they might be worth checking out also...

Funny you mention Wachovia...I'm trying to get them to locate a branch on a development I'm doing here in Deltona, as we speak... :D

Thanks for the heads-up. It looked pretty good. I'll check out the others as well. Plan on building or buying a house next year myself. :flag

Hunter's Creek is a nice area. Traffic here is getting horrible anyway, so John Young seems like any other road during rush hour these days. Im sure you'll enjoy it down here. Its funny that you work for Wachovia too, because thats who my dad works for right here out of Orlando. He's a Senior VP and works downtown in the main office and is a commercial real estate lender. If you ever meet a guy nicknamed JT when your down here, thats my dad. Good Luck with everything

Got that right. I got caught in a late spring snow in the vette and had to drive 200 miles in 2" snow. Pilots did alright though living on a mountain and being a skier didn't hurt either. ;)
