California unclaimed property site
In case you hadn't heard the Calif. State Controller's unclaimed property list is now available on-line at: www.searchthevault.com or http://www.sco.ca.gov/col/ucp/index.shtml
No forgotten million $$ bank accounts for me (but I found $18 for my brother ). Of course if you find anything because of this post I'll expect half.

imo, I am slow. Matter of perception, I guess.
OFF TOPIC; Sorry to highjack, may move this elsewhere. I will check into the aforementioned site.
I would guess my hand speed is about 110-120 mph right now and foot speed about 55-60 mph, based on my warm up last night (Friday) and twenty five years of martial arts this December.
So imo, I am slow. "Once I was Fat, Not Fast." Dr. Speed (PhD. Sport Psychology /Grand Master/Ninth Degree).
When I was younger, I have clocked hand speed at over 140 mph and foot speeds at over 70 mph. Radar gun. Bill Wallace could repeated do this over and over with foot speed, but more important repeatedly, unconsciously and with deadly accuracy to the same spot over and over again, on the move and target on the move. Moil impressive.
This in sport's psychology at this level, is called, "unconscious consciousness." EG. Do you think about walking, when you walk or does it just happen without thinking?
There are others that are well known, that I can give you specific examples of; Joe Lewis(MA, not boxing),Chuck Norris, Bruce Lee, Don Wilson, etc...
However, at the time, I was
190 lbs. (fight weight); I could bench 500-530 lbs. for a few reps, squat 700-782 max, bend- over row 500 for seven+ reps.
F = dp/dt = d(m•v)/dt = m•a (in the case where m does not depend on t)
where
F is the force (a vector quantity),
p is the momentum,
t is the time,
v is the velocity,
m is the mass, and
a=d²x/dt² is the acceleration, the second derivative with respect to t of the position vector x.
I have been up to 265lbs. and down to 187. Now 210. I can still fall into the splits but my flexibility is still at only 80%.
Speed is matter of perception, I guess.
