What's even more amazing than the age of this thread is that, ten years later, they are still delivering bad service.

I brought my Volt there recently for a common oil leak on the 4 cyl engine that powers the generator. Long story short, I had to fix the car myself because I couldn't keep dropping the car off and taking shuttle rides due to the tech not having enough time or patience to let the oil pan sealer glue dry before refilling the oil.

I think they suffer a lot of turnover at that franchise.

Yeah, used to live very close to them in San Juan Capistrano...they folded in the recession back in like 2008/2009. I think they rebranded to Kia for a minute, but that didn't last long either.
