Default 93 Octane in Southern California (Orange County)?

Anyone know where, or what gas chain, sells 93 Octane in Southern California (particularly the Orange County area)? I can't find any higher than 91 octane, and would love to try 93 just to see if it makes a difference...

You won't find any since it's not legal in CA except at a racetrack.

91 plus 1 quart of Torco mixed in a full tank will put you between 93.5 and 94 octane!

I think there is a 76 station off of La Paz, or Alicia Pkwy on the west side of the 5 that sells 100 octane racing gas.
Very expensive....over $6.00 a gallon

There is a station in Fullerton that sells race gas (>100 octane) near Commonwealth and Gilbert.

There is also a station in Orange on Chapman near Prospect that sells high octane (>100).

Or you could do what Steve LuVisi does for his L88..., have it delivered in 55 gallon drums at about $5.50/gallon.

I agree about the Torco. I used it in a supercharged car, and was able to increase the boost without detonation. Great stuff, and they'll mail it to your home.

it's La Paz. Look for the car wash.

There are a few 76 stations that will pump 100 octane -- the list used to be online, but disappeared when they merged content with the Phillips site. Memory serves, the 76 station in Corona del mar had race gas as well.

Pretty sure you can only get 91 octane at gas stations.

I can't find my listing, but there use to be some 76 stations that sold 100 unleaded at the pumps. One was on Village loop in Pomona, and another was just south of the 10 freeway on Azusa, I believe. Since 76 is no longer the NASCAR gasoline, they may not have the 100 octane at the pumps anymore. I do know that 76 still makes the 100 octance, because J&R Shell in Pomona sells it in 5 gallon containers.

Just look above on my post, click on the web site and you will find all the 76 station locations that sell 100 octane unleaded in SoCal.

Some Alliance gas stations sell Trick 100 unleaded at 5.99 a gallon. There's one in Simi Valley on LA Ave and another in Chatsworth on Desoto.
