Okay, first of all that looked like a freakin' video game! Unbelieveable to see a brand new track with no other traffic. And Mark, you don't have a yellew vette now do you? It looked like it was on cruise control! Nice video.

Damn Mark, you were doing about a 2:10 or less lap
I was suppose to be out there Sunday but the car wasn't ready
My friends were out there in her 350Z and they absolutely LOVED it and said everyone that they met were very nice. Her 20 year old daughter was doing quite well I heard

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. I think that last lap was about 2:07 or so! Awesome driving!
I think I mentioned this in another post, but my brother was there for the opening weekend on his motorcycle (a Ducati 1198s). Usually after a track day, the tires are all boogered up, but since this track is new, the tires looked completely smooth after 4 days of track duty. He loves this track, btw...

The track is very well designed and a LOT of fun to drive. The 17-turns really keep you busy... with some nice double/triple apex sweepers. And the pavement is in PERFECT condition (obviously).
I got telemetry on the track... G's, speeds, elevation, etc... i'll post all that as soon as I get a second.

He's taking it VERY EASY on the lap... i think it's a marketing video and he doesn't want to scare possible drivers
His fastest time with a stock C6Z06, on stock tires is <2:00
Heck, my fastest time was a 2:04.x (street tires, first day at the track)
...damn now i want to go back...

PS2's on my bling-bling chrome wheels.... and they SUCK compared to my hoosiers Wait til you see Mark/Peter's video with me sliding around everywhere.
I think NT05s must be Race tires labeled as Street tires since everyone likes them so much, even compared to R-compound tires!

You have to get used to the NT05 soft sidewall compared to R6 or MPSC. Are the PS2 stiff sidewalled ??
So does this mean I don't need you worry about you dropping down to Super Stock
