Mission Valley Corvettes and Cobra Run last Saturday.
We had a great run last Saturday. Three Cobras and with our favorite Long Beach resident who we haven't seen for a while. We headed East on I-8 then headed south near Alpine. Took some back roads to the 79 and ended up in Pine Valley. After a short break we headed to 94 and followed it all the way back to San Diego with a Brunch stop at the Barrett Junction Cafe.
Really had a good time. The weather was perfect. Lots of open road, and the few road hogs we had either pulled over or we had room to pass. That Sheriff's SUV made us all pucker a bit. He was on the phone or some sort of hand piece as we went by. I was imagining he was saying, "get ready, they're coming". :o
