Default Temecula/murrieta area drives.

Ok I have nothing to do today so I want to go for a ride. I'm still fairly new to the area and I have no idea where to go. Any suggestions of some good cruising roads or destinations?

Take 79 east through Warner springs then turn right on 76 and drive west to 15 north. If you have time drive up to Mt Palomar from 76.

Just checked the map. That looks pretty good. Thanks!

There's a nice restaurant at Lake Henshaw. Have fun!

For future reference, another good drive for you is the Ortega Highway (74) west from Lake Elsinore to San Juan Capistrano. Best to hit it early as it gets crowded. Great road.
