Camshaft and Installation Package
American Heritage Performance in Harbor City (the south bay) is offering Corvette Forum members a camshaft kit and installation special for a limited time. Our special is as follows:
Complete Camshaft kit installed and tuned: $2,000
Our Complete Camshaft kit includes:
- Custom Spec Camshaft (comp cams core). We create a camshaft custom for just for you and how you drive your car.
- Chromoly Push rods
- Dual BTR Valve Springs with Titanium Retainers, New Valve Seals and Machined Valve Locks (Springs measured and shimmed)
- New LS2 Timing Chain
- New Camshaft retainer plate gasket and retainer plate hardware
- 8 Quarts Mobil 1 5w-30 and Filter
- 2 Gallons GM Dexcool Coolant
- New Crankshaft Seal (installed correctly with GM kent Moore Tools)
- New Timing Cover Seal
- ARP Harmonic Balancer Bolt
- Custom Tune
- All Labor (including all measurements, degreeing camshaft, ptv checks, ect...)

That is an awesome offer, if I didn't just purchase new wheels for my car, I would be paying you a visit.
I don't live near the bay, but I'll tag this for future reference. Could be a nice little roadtrip up the PCH 1 and a few days vacation.

You wouldn't be the first... We have had several customers come down from the bay area for cam swaps. Most make a few day vacation out of it, grab a nice hotel by the beach and do some relaxing. Even had a customer a few months ago drive all the way down from Seattle for our cam swap special.
