Default Good Deal On Techron Fuel System Cleaner

What up guys and gals? Just thought I'd share this. I was at Costco yesterday and I picked up a box of 6-12oz bottles of Techron Plus for $19.99. Ive seen individual bottles go from $5 to $8ea at different parts stores. So, 6 for $20 is a pretty good deal.

I just fill at the Chevron station.

When I first bought the car, I read here that I should buy this stuff for my fuel gauge issues, and that it was just good to do.
I bought the stuff, even though it duplicated what was in my gas.

I then read what was up with the gas tank design and have skipped buying the extra stuff.
Never made a difference in my performance. And then I realized some states have bunk fuel and a lot of the posted advice doesn't apply to me, I always buy first tier gas.

This product was developed in response to Porsche's new car, years ago, crudding up the spark plugs. While I enjoy the high tech fuel, and all the good stuff involved, I am glad my engine design has a very advanced ignition system and works fine with just the pump stuff.
