Carb Legal - Does it have a certificate of number stamped on it? If so I might take it.

Through Executive Order D-279-7, the State of California Air Resources Board (C.A.R.B) has found the installation of the FAST™ LSXR™ 102mm Intake Manifold not to reduce the effectiveness of applicable vehicle pollution control systems. This means that a variety of late model GM applications, including the 2004-2006 Pontiac GTO, 1997-2007 Chevrolet Corvette, 2001-2012 Chevrolet Corvette Z06, 2004-2007 Cadillac CTS-V, 1998-2002 Pontiac Firebird/ Chevrolet Camaro and 2008-2009 Pontiac G8 GT may legally run the LSXR™ 102mm Intake Manifold throughout the entire U.S. The manifold provides a host of benefits over aluminum intakes, including lighter weight, increased strength and improved heat dissipating characteristics. It offers the advantages of removable runners, while achieving gains of nearly 20 horsepower. No matter where you live, you too can now take advantage of all the impressive performance gains provided by the FAST™ LSXR™ 102mm Intake Manifold.

No the LS3 has rectangular intake ports and the LS1/2/6 have cathedral design on their intake ports.
