Does anyone recognize this car?

This car is listed at Connell Chevrolet and was taken in as a trade in for a C7. Its a electron blue 02 Z06. I was wondering what was done to the seats? It also has a signature on the inside of the hood.

I can't tell from the picture, but were the seats modified to allow harnesses to pass through?

That's what it looks like, and it also has an aftermarket oil cooler which make a me feel like it was tracked before
